Elaine worked with me and talked me through the whole haircut as she was doing it, including me in the decisions too. She had so much knowledge about my scalp and skin too. She recommended products that she used but I did not feel pressured to buy anything (although I am going back in the new year because I’m impressed with how it’s worked😅).
