I booked in last minute with Elaine (literally an hour before the appointment) on a whim. I needed my hair cut into a style for my wedding which is coming up. I haven’t been to the hairdressers for 6 years for various reasons but I’m so glad I booked the appointment. Elaine worked with me and talked me through the whole haircut as she was doing it, including me in the decisions too. She had so much knowledge about my scalp and skin too. She recommended products that she used but I did not feel pressured to buy anything (although I am going back in the new year because I’m impressed with how it’s worked😅).
